Meena Tai’s Sabudana Vade Recipe

Instructions
- Sago to be soaked for three hours.
- Potatoes to be boiled,peeled and mashed.
- Roasted peanuts to be pulsed in a mixer.
- Finely chopped coriander and green chillies.
- Mix all ingredients together. Shape into balls, about the size of a large lemon and flatten them slightly.
- Deep fry them in hot oil. Serve hot!
