Mint Coriander Chutney Recipe

A perfect blend of mint, coriander, groundnut, ginger and garlic, this chutney can be eaten with samosas, pakoras and grilled meat. Also, you can use this as a spread while making wraps and rolls. It’s super easy to make, and you can have your mint chutney ready within 10 minutes!

Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves chopped
- 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves chopped
- 1 green chilli
- ½ inch Ginger
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- Salt

Instructions
- In a blender grind all the ingredients to a smooth paste using little water.
- Mix salt in the chutney.
- Serve.
