Samandari Khazana Recipe
Samandari Khazana literally means treasures of the sea and this dish is exactly that – marinated prawns and fish char-grilled to perfection. The seafood is marinated in a zesty mix of spices like chili, cardamom, carom seeds and garam masala whipped up with fresh cream.
Although the pieces can be grilled on an electric grill or barbecue but the charcoal gives it the traditional smoky flavour that no amount of expertise can hone. Drizzled with a sweet and spicy sauce, the dish spells out perfection.
