Taley Kele Ka Korma Recipe

on

Fruits meet vegetables in this delicious vegetarian korma. The gravy is a typical mix of fresh cream, caramelized onions and spices. The element of surprise here is the addition of deep-fried fruits like banana and apples.

The taley kele ka korma (fried banana korma) may sound a tad peculiar at first but the taste will leave you in complete awe of the dish.
