Mumbai
Spices & Flavours Is Holding A Marwar Food Festival Every Weekend In April
We have to admit; when it comes to the Indian subcontinent, we have a slight obsession with Rajasthan. With its history of royalty, its beautiful ruins and its vast desserts, who wouldn’t?
Rajasthan is also known for its cuisine with popular dishes including bajre ki roti, maplauas and rassgollas. We can’t quite afford to take ourselves on a trip to Rajasthan at this moment, but we can enjoy the state’s regional flavours at Mumbai’s Spices & Flavours in Fort this April.
The Marwar Food Festival
Spices & Flavours, a pure vegetarian eatery, has put together a curated menu featuring regional dishes and flavours. On it are authentic Marwari eats like Ker Sangri, Mirchi Nimbu, Kichya and Churma Laddoo. The set thali is priced at Rs. 499 plus taxes.
Are you like us, wishing for a taste of Rajasthan but without the option to actually visit it? Head over to Spices & Flavours this weekend for the next best thing.
